Look at them….
Stuck in time, waiting for the day we unpause the game, freeing them from their frozen prison.
But we never do, and so forevermore are they stuck in place, as pins and needles overcome their senses as they start going numb from lack of movement. Sonic would shed a tear if it weren’t for his tear ducts also being paused.

Other than the characters looking a little bit stiff, I really do like this, colors, atmosphere, and use of pixels look very reminiscent of the actual games! Good work!

Oh thanks for the critique! I was struggling making the characters less stiff but I need to practice making characters in dynamic pose via tutorials in the future. Will try to improve in mind.

Sensory overload aside, these look incredible, the cleanest looking 2000s graffiti lookin ass characters I’ve seen!
I could see Andrew Hussie drawing these, and I swear I mean that as a compliment!

Oh he would be the easiest boss in Kingdom Hearts, even Winnie the Pooh could kick Mortimer’s ass. Barely a challenge for Sora.
