Definitely agree with others saying the voice acting could have been better, hence why the half star instead of full 5, but will still put it with my favorites despite the non perfect score because the rest of it was just that good! I always appreciate when a villain MC has some semblance of morality so that we can still root for him even just a little.

Oh god even Pelo turns into Caine for a few seconds!
All around a fun short, characters I feel could use more dimension in their writing, but otherwise pretty good, especially the fights!

I’ve been waiting for so long for someone to make a story with Ping Pong in an epic anime setting with Scott Pilgrim editing! I know there’s Balls of Fury… but that was more of a dumb comedy film.

Also this is probably the most unique art style I’ve seen in a while, blending the realism into a cartoony Y2K style surprisingly works really well!
